Set up NeoIPTV on a Samsung or LG Smart TV

Smart TVs can run IPTV apps directly — no extra box required. Here's what works on Samsung, LG and Android-based sets.

Set up NeoIPTV on a Samsung or LG Smart TV — NEOIPTV guide

Most modern Smart TVs can run an IPTV player natively, which keeps your setup to a single device and remote.

Samsung (Tizen)

Search the Samsung app store for Smart IPTV or Set IPTV. These apps need you to register the TV's MAC address on the app's website, where you upload your M3U link once.

LG (webOS)

The LG Content Store has Smart IPTV and SS IPTV. The flow is the same: note the MAC shown in the app, upload your playlist on the app's site, then reload on the TV.

Android / Google TV built in

If your TV runs Android or Google TV, follow the same steps as a dedicated box — install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters from the Play Store and paste your login.

When to use a box instead

Smart TV apps are fine, but a dedicated box (Fire Stick, Shield, Android box) is usually faster, gets more updates, and handles heavy channel lists better.

On any TV, an ethernet cable beats Wi-Fi for live channels.
